FoodSafe Level 2

FoodSafe Level 2 (Prerequisite Food Safety/HACCP) is an advanced certification for supervisors and managers. It covers HACCP principles, food safety plans, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in depth.

Regulatory Bodies

Food safety in BC is regulated by the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) and enforced by five regional health authorities: Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health, Interior Health, Island Health, and Northern Health. Each conducts inspections and publishes results online.
